Shipping Policy
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Some items may require additional processing time due to their handmade or custom nature. If this applies to your order, we will notify you accordingly.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including postal network disruptions and customs clearance procedures.
Refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
International Orders
We currently ship to numerous countries worldwide.
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. The Pet Central is not liable for any additional customs-related costs.
Customs & Delivery Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Unfortunately, these procedures are beyond our control.
We recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries.
Lost Parcels
If Australia Post confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $99 AUD applies to Australian orders only.
