Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are available only for orders within Australia. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are not available for change of mind, final sale items, or custom-made items unless there was an error on our part.
- Please carefully check sizing and details as products from different brands may vary.
- Contact us before initiating any return or exchange to allow us to inspect and approve your request.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For faulty products, we will notify you after inspecting your return to confirm if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Note that processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return postage and exchanges.
- Items should be packed securely, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for efficient processing.
